Who We Are
Alchemy Mantra™ Ventures is an IT consulting and DPDP (Digital Personal Data Protection) Act compliance advisory firm based in Sangareddy, Telangana, serving small and mid-sized businesses across India — typically 30–200 person companies in Real Estate, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Education.
We were founded on a simple observation: most growing Indian businesses run their IT function informally — a mix of local vendors, ad-hoc fixes, and whatever the last person set up. That works, until it doesn't. Data protection law changed the stakes. Alchemy Mantra exists to bring the structure, discipline, and accountability of enterprise IT to businesses that need it but can't yet justify hiring a full-time CTO or IT Head.
Led By Nitin Sarawahi
Nitin Sarawahi is the founder of Alchemy Mantra™ Ventures. He spent 21 years in IT, including more than 13 years at Microsoft, before starting Alchemy Mantra to work directly with growing businesses that don't have access to the kind of structured IT governance larger enterprises take for granted.
His approach is direct: no jargon, no upselling, no vague "digital transformation" language — just a clear-eyed assessment of what's actually broken or exposed in a company's IT and data practices, and a scoped, fixed-price plan to fix it.
