1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Alchemy Mantra™ website (alchemymantra.com), booking a discovery call, submitting an enquiry, or engaging Alchemy Mantra™ Ventures for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or engage our services.

2. About the Firm

Alchemy Mantra™ Ventures is a partnership firm registered under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, operating under the trademark "Alchemy Mantra™", with its registered office at Plot 285, 2nd Floor, Green Villas, Ghanpur Main Road, Sangareddy, Telangana – 502300, India.

References in these Terms to "Alchemy Mantra", "the Firm", "we", "us", or "our" refer to Alchemy Mantra™ Ventures. References to "you", "the client", or "the participant" refer to any individual or business engaging our services or using this website.

3. Nature of Services

Alchemy Mantra provides IT consulting and DPDP (Digital Personal Data Protection) Act compliance advisory services, including but not limited to DPDP Readiness Assessments, IT Process Audits, DPDP Compliance Retainers, Fractional IT Head engagements, and AI Adoption Workshops, as described on our Services page.

All services are advisory in nature. Our recommendations are based on professional judgment, industry practice, and the information provided by the client. We do not provide legal opinions, and nothing in our deliverables should be construed as legal advice. Clients are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel on matters of statutory interpretation where appropriate.

The precise scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement are confirmed in writing (via email, proposal, or engagement letter) following a discovery call, before any work begins.

4. Fees & Payment

All engagements are fixed-price. The exact fee for your engagement is confirmed on your free discovery call, based on your company's size, scope, and complexity, and communicated in writing before any commitment is required.

Payments may be collected via Razorpay Payment Pages, bank transfer, or other modes as communicated at the time of engagement. For AI Adoption Workshop registrations by individuals, the price displayed is inclusive of applicable GST. For B2B engagements — services provided to a company, institution, or other organisation, including workshops booked by an organisation on behalf of its employees — fees quoted are exclusive of applicable GST, which is charged additionally as per prevailing rates and reflected separately on the invoice.

5. Client Obligations

To deliver an engagement effectively, we rely on the client to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, documentation, and system access reasonably required for the engagement
• Make relevant personnel available for interviews, walkthroughs, or training sessions as scheduled
• Respond to queries and provide sign-offs within a reasonable time to avoid delays to agreed timelines

Delays caused by the client's failure to provide the above may result in revised timelines, at Alchemy Mantra's discretion, without any reduction in fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All reports, templates, frameworks, presentation materials, and other deliverables prepared by Alchemy Mantra remain the intellectual property of Alchemy Mantra™ Ventures. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables internally within their organisation for the purpose for which they were prepared.

Deliverables, templates, and materials may not be resold, redistributed, or repurposed for commercial training or consulting by the client or any third party without our prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or personal data information shared during the course of an engagement, and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering or receiving the relevant service. This obligation survives the completion or termination of the engagement.

Personal data collected via this website or during an engagement is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

8. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an advisory, best-effort basis. While we apply professional care and industry experience to every engagement, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to regulatory approval, absence of future data breaches, or immunity from penalties under the DPDP Act or any other law. Compliance ultimately depends on the client's ongoing implementation and adherence to recommendations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alchemy Mantra's total liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement. Alchemy Mantra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, or data.

9. Third-Party Tools & Links

Our website and processes may link to or use third-party tools, including Cal.com (call scheduling), Google Calendar, WhatsApp, and Razorpay (payments). We are not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of these third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for workshops and advisory engagements are set out in full in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

11. Force Majeure

Alchemy Mantra shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet or platform outages, government action, or public health emergencies.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or any engagement with Alchemy Mantra™ Ventures, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Sangareddy, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.

13. Amendments

Alchemy Mantra may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable law. The version in effect on the date of your payment or engagement confirmation governs that transaction. The "Last Updated" date below reflects the most recent revision.
