Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Workshops & Training Sessions

• Unable to attend a session you've registered for: You may join any future session of the same workshop within 12 months of your original registration date, at no additional cost. Simply write to us at workshop@alchemymantra.com prior to the session to arrange this.
• No-show without prior notice: No refund, credit, or rescheduling is offered. At our sole discretion, and only in exceptional cases, we may share session material — recordings of live sessions are not provided as a matter of policy.
• Session cancelled, postponed, or materially disrupted by Alchemy Mantra: You will be offered a complimentary seat at the next available session, along with prior email/WhatsApp intimation of the new date. This is the sole remedy available in such circumstances; no cash refund is offered.
• Removal from a session for conduct reasons: Alchemy Mantra reserves the right to remove any participant from an ongoing or scheduled session, without prior notice and without refund, in the event of disruptive, abusive, inappropriate, or unprofessional conduct, or any conduct that Alchemy Mantra determines, in its sole discretion, to be detrimental to the learning experience of other participants or to the integrity of the session. This includes, without limitation, unauthorized recording or distribution of session content, harassment of the trainer or other participants, or sharing of registration access with unregistered individuals.
• No cash refunds are provided under any circumstance for workshop registrations. The remedies above (reschedule / next-seat offer) are the entirety of what Alchemy Mantra offers in lieu of a refund.

2. Professional & Advisory Services

Applies to: IT Process Audit, DPDP Readiness Assessment, DPDP Retainer, Fractional IT Head Retainer, and other advisory engagements.

• Prior to commencement of work: If an engagement is cancelled before any audit activity, documentation review, or advisory work has begun, cancellation terms will be governed by the specific engagement letter/proposal signed for that assignment.
• Once work has commenced: No refund is offered, whether in part or in full, once the engagement has commenced — irrespective of the stage of completion, deliverables produced, or reason for discontinuation. Fees paid represent time, expertise, and resources committed to the engagement from the date of commencement.
• Engagement-specific terms prevail: Where a signed proposal, Statement of Work (SoW), or engagement letter contains cancellation or payment terms that differ from this general policy, the specific document shall take precedence for that engagement.

3. General Provisions

• Right to decline or discontinue any engagement: Alchemy Mantra reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline, cancel, or discontinue any registration, booking, or engagement — including removing a participant or terminating an advisory arrangement — without prior notice, where Alchemy Mantra determines this is warranted by misconduct, misuse, breach of these terms, or any reason it deems appropriate. No refund is owed where discontinuation arises from participant or client conduct.
• This policy applies uniformly to all services offered under the Alchemy Mantra brand, whether paid for via Razorpay Payment Pages or any other mode.
• Alchemy Mantra reserves the right to amend this policy for future registrations/engagements; the policy in effect on the date of your payment governs that transaction.
